• One of only eight music schools selected by the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts for its prestigious Conservatory Project.
• The Shepherd School is housed in the impressive Alice Pratt Brown Hall, which was designed to provide students with everything needed to study, rehearse, and perform music. This beautiful building features a 1,000-seat concert hall, a 250-seat recital hall, a 175-seat opera theater, a dedicated organ and choral recital hall, and numerous practice rooms.
